1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to NurtureWell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NurtureWell ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NurtureWell is a mobile application designed to help parents track their baby's development milestones, access educational content, and connect with other parents through community features. Our Service includes:

• Baby development milestone tracking
• Educational content and articles
• Community forums and discussions
• Personalized recommendations and reminders
• Photo and video storage capabilities
• Premium subscription features

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users with limited access to premium features. Trial limitations include:

• Maximum 5 milestone checks per month
• Maximum 3 content articles per week
• Limited forum participation

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features and content. Available plans:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $59.99 per year (50% savings)

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing for Android devices. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments until you cancel.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes and may cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service ("User Content"), including photos, videos, notes, and forum posts. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any law
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, promotional, or commercial in nature
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is defamatory, abusive, or harassing

5.3 Community Standards

Our community forums are designed to be supportive and respectful. You agree to:

• Be respectful and kind to other users
• Share experiences and advice constructively
• Respect privacy and confidentiality
• Report inappropriate behavior or content
• Follow community guidelines and moderator instructions

5.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NurtureWell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users or our business
